.bands that should come out of hiatus.

So, there are a few bands that I would personally be smitten with if they came out of hiatus.
1. The Format – the Arizona based indie pop band reportedly [on their website] went in to hiatus on February 4, 2008 [worst day ever]. What really sucks about this is that I didn’t really discover the wonders of the Format until late 2007 with my pal Zack [we would sing Dog Problems all the time, at the most inappropriate times...those were the days]. Anyway, I downloaded a bunch of their music off of Limewire the other day, and it saddens me that new stuff isn’t going to be made. Come back, the Format, please?
2. The Postal Service – Ben Gibbard [of Death Cab for Cutie] and Jimmy Tamborello [of Dnetl, Headset, and Figurine] had a wonderful thing going. “Such Great Heights” was such a great song, and the entirity of Give Up was wonderful. They’ve been off duty since 2005, though there was a rumor that a new album was in the works in 2007 and 2008. But sadly, no.
Those are the only two I can think of right now. If you can think of any I forgot, let me know.
Cody.
