iBreathe.

Apple has effectively made it possible to never leave your house to buy music/television/food[I'm sure they're working on it] with the iTunes Store.

Music is seen as a way for people to come together and feel things together, that’s why there are still concert venues and music stores and nation/world-wide concert tours [like the Vans Warped Tour or anytime U2 releases a new album].

Apple must be stopped...

Apple must be flushed...

Well, I recently have been searching the iTunes store and have found that buying music on there is about as addicting as buying lottery tickets or playing BlackJack in Vegas. It’s easy to start buying a CD and then realize that you now want another CD, thanks to the wonders of the “Genius” system. The Genius system [was developed by a marketing genius that's for sure] tells you what music you might like, based on music you have already shown that you already like. You know what’s crazy though, 9 times out of 10, it’s absolutely right.

Example: Genius sees that you own Rotation by Cute is What We Aim For, Genius suggests “Hey There Delilah” by Plain White Tee’s.

Wow! I love how a computer program can make an educated guess and completely take out the need to listen through hundreds of songs before I find one iLike.

Apple, in it’s attempt to make things easier, it has only made us lazier. Pretty soon, Apple is going to be doing our breathing for us, but when we breathe, music is going to come out of our lungs.
